A man has been charged with murder after a man was stabbed to death in Tower Hamlets.
Shomiah McKenzie, 18, of Lewisham, and Cody Godfrey, 18, of Isle of Dogs, were charged on Friday, August 9 with murder.
Both men were also charged with possession of Class C drugs with intent to supply.
Additionally, McKenzie was charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
They have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on Saturday, August 10th.
Abdul Jalloh, 23, was fatally stabbed on the afternoon of Monday, August 5, at New Union Close, E14.
His family has been notified and continues to be supported by specialist officers.
A third male, a 16-year-old boy, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and has been released under investigation.
