A man has been taken to a major trauma centre after an unknown incident on the Isle of Dogs.
Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service were called to reports of an emergency incident in Epping Close at 1.23pm today (July 22).
An incident response officer was dispatched to the scene with ambulance crews and paramedics in fast response cars.

A man was found in need of medical assistance and was administered treatment before being taken to a major trauma centre.
The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed, and the Metropolitan Police has been contacted for a comment.
Footage which has been posted to social media has shown a number of emergency service vehicles present in the road.
