A man is in life-threatening condition after falling from a height in east London.
Police were called to Hanover House, Westferry Circus, in Tower Hamlets just after 1.30pm to reports of a fear for welfare.
Officers attended with colleagues from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and shortly before 5pm, a man fell from a height.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene, police said, and his condition was assessed as life-threatening.

A Met Police spokesperson provided the following statement.
"Police were called to Hanover House, E14, shortly after 13.30hrs to reports of a fear for welfare.
"Officers attended the scene along with paramedics from LAS.
"Shortly before 5pm, a man fell from height. He was treated by paramedics at the scene. His condition has been assessed as life-threatening."
