A mosque has been shut temporarily after reports of a man having been stabbed outside it.
The Stepney Shahjalal Mosque & Cultural Centre in Duckett Street has confirmed to The Advertiser today (March 8) that they are closed for the time being.
The closure is believed to be linked to a police incident outside the venue which has been confirmed as a "stabbing" by the Metropolitan Police.
