An 18-year-old man is fighting for his life after being stabbed in Canary Wharf.
Met Police responded to reports from the London Ambulance Service of a stabbing in Upper Bank Street at 7.42pm yesterday (October 19).
The victim is reported to be in a critical condition.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "Police were called by LAS at 19:41hrs on Thursday, 19 October to reports of a stabbing in Upper Bank Street E14.
"Officers responded but those involved had left the scene prior to police arrival.
"An 18-year-old man was traced to an east London hospital with stab injuries to his face and arm; he remains there in a life-threatening condition.
"At this early stage there have been no arrests. Enquiries are ongoing and a scene is in place."
