Around 100 firefighters are battling a huge blaze in Bow, which can be seen across east London.
London Fire Brigade has said 15 fire engines have been called to the fire at a business centre with flats above on Fairfield Road.
Several videos have been shared on social media, showing huge plumes of smoke coming from the building.
According to LFB, around half of the roof of the building, which has six floors, is alight.
Two of the brigade's 32m turntable ladders have been deployed as water towers to tackle the flames from height.
