A man allegedly rubbed his groin and tried to expose himself to a woman on the Tube.
British Transport Police said that at around 10am on May 8 a woman was travelling on the Central line between Mile End and Bethnal Green when a man approached her.
She alleged that he sat opposite her and raised his leg on the handrail, rubbing his groin.
As the man allegedly attempted to expose himself, the woman loudly confronted the man and moved away.
The victim claims she saw the man alight the train at Bethnal Green station and that he shouted at her from the platform.
But when she herself alighted the train at Liverpool Street station, the man was on the platform.
Officers have now released the image of a man who may have information that could help their investigation.
