There are traffic delays in Limehouse after a crash in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called at 1.20am today (Friday, June 16) to reports of a collision at Rotherhithe Tunnel.
At the scene, a car was found to have crashed into scaffolding inside the tunnel.

According to officers, the driver of the vehicle had left the scene.
The tunnel was closed both ways from Rotherhithe to Limehouse to traffic while the vehicle and the scaffolding were removed but it has since reopened.
There were no reported injuries.
AA Maps also said that there is congestion to the Limehouse Link and The Highway in Wapping, diverting via Tower Bridge.
