On Your First Anniversary Of ALPHONSUS GERARD SWEENEY Who died 22nd February 2008 Aged 41 years In loving memory of a dear Son Brother, Sister-in-Laws, Uncle, Cousin, Nephew, Betty, Martin, Ray and Friends. You are so much missed. I hope you are in a much better place now, and at peace. All who is left behind, will never forget you R.I.P. XXXXX It broke our hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone, For part of us went with you, The day God called you home, Its a lonely life without you, Nothing can be the same, All we have are memories, And pictures in frames, Your resting place we visit And flowers we place with care, But no one knows the heartache, As we turn and leave you there. There is a Memorial Mass at 10pm St Josephs Church Highgate on Sunday 22-2-09 also St Gabriels Church Holloway Road 9.30am - 11.30am - 6.30pm
