Herbert Arthur AUSTIN 16th December 1929 3rd March 2009 aged 79 years It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Herbert (Bert) Austin, former landlord of the Windmill public house Lowfield Street Dartford. Before he opened the door to the next world,he asked us to say goodbye to all the friends he made over the 25 years as a landlord.
