In loving memory of a dear husband and father Ernest Richard PATES who sadly passed away on 9th March 2010, aged 65 Wife Pat and sons Mark and Gary wish to thank everyone for the beautiful floral tributes and donations sent to the charity When You Wish Upon A Star and the kind messages received. Special thanks to Abigail and Mark, nursesat the intensive care unit at the UCH for the care and respect given to Ernie, also Jacqueline, Hollie, Maureen, Daniel and Kenny.
