RUBRA DR. DAVID Well known and loved local GP died on 1st July at the Whittington Hospital. He leaves a widow Maria, three sons, Paul, Sam and Martin, Stepson Edward and 12 Grandchildren. A memorial service will take place at St. James Church, Muswell Hill 2pm on Tuesday 12th July followed by committal at St. Marylebone Crematorium at 3pm. All welcome. Family flowers only. Donations to North London Hospice or RNLI c/o William Nodes, 2 Broadway Parade, Crouch End, N8 9DE. 020 8340 2487.
