LILY SWAN Born: 13th December 1925 Died: 14th August 2011 Lily Swan, beloved mum, nan and great nan sadly passed away Sunday August 14th, after a short illness. Pat, Bill, Debbie and Donna will be celebrating her life on Tuesday 23rd August, leaving from Lilys home at 2pm. Followed by a service at Golders Green Crematorium at 3pm. We welcome flowers, but we would also appreciate any donations to Marie Curie Hospice, Hampstead where she was lovingly looked after during her final days. xxxxxxxxxx
