In loving memory of Peter Cedric Hopkins (1943 - 2015) Peter was born in Cardiff and grew up in Kent. He lived in Bow, East London and was a local Postman from 1989 until his retirement in 2008. A father to Nina & Christopher, grandfather to EJ & Theo and husband to Carmel. We will miss you dearly
